DELTA AIR LINES SELECTS AMG FOR REPAIR MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

May 15, 2006

MIAMI - Aero Maintenance Group today announced its selection by Delta Air Lines to exclusively manage the repair of more than 1,400 unique components on Delta aircraft. Encompassing several different maintenance areas including airframe, mechanical components and interiors, AMG will provide Delta with a single point of contact for communications, invoicing, and performance measurements for nearly 15,000 repair orders annually on a volume of approximately 80,000 individual units.

"Delta is pleased to select Aero Maintenance Group to manage this selected portion of our outside repair components," said John Laughter, vice president – Maintenance Operations, Delta. "The projected efficiencies gained from having a customer-focused supplier like AMG play an integral role in running a leaner maintenance operation. We look forward to developing our relationship with AMG."

The program will be coordinated by Delta personnel located at Delta Technical Operations in Atlanta and AMG from their Miami Logistic Center, a state-of-the-art facility opened in March 2006 and jointly operated with Air France Industries and KLM Engineering & Maintenance. AMG will, in concert with Delta, manage the repair process including vendor management, sub-contracting, monitoring supplier performance, expediting, and return shipping.

"AMG is very pleased to have been chosen by Delta Air Lines as an important partner in its maintenance strategy," said Ben Quevedo, chief executive officer of AMG, "We look forward to working closely with Delta on this initiative as the airline continues to grow."

AMG subsidiaries Aero Technologies, Air-Pro, Inter-Safe, and Flite Components will use extensive in-house capabilities to perform approximately 50% of the repairs associated with this program while continuing to work with other existing suppliers to reduce costs and improve efficiencies for Delta.
