AMG Announces Acquisition Of Flite Components

MIAMI - Aero Maintenance Group (AMG) announced today the acquisition of Flite Components, Inc. (Flite Components) based in Dallas, Texas. Flite Components is a leading FAA certified repair station with over fifty years of experience in the repair, overhaul and distribution of rotable and expendable components for regional and corporate aircraft. Flite Components will enhance AMG's ability to support operators around the world through expanded repair capabilities, additional technical expertise, and increased production resources.

Established in 1948, Flite Components specializes in the repair and overhaul of hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel and electro-mechanical components and maintains a large rotables inventory to service AOG requirements. Flite Components is also a factory authorized stocking distributor and repair service center for Aircraft Parts Corporation and is a factory authorized stocking distributor for FPT, AMFUEL and Aerazur.
AMG provides repair and parts support services to over 1200 commercial, regional and corporate aviation customers worldwide through three FAA licensed subsidiary companies. Aero Technologies, located in Miami, Florida, focuses on the repair and overhaul of pneumatic, hydraulic, avionics and electro-mechanical components and accessories.
