Aero Maintenance Group Announces Acquisition Of Precision Electronics

May 7, 2007

MIAMI - Aero Maintenance Group today announced the acquisition of Precision Electronics, Inc. based in Atlanta, Ga. Precision Electronics is a leading FAA certified repair station specialized in the repair of electronic and electro-mechanical accessories and instruments used on Bombardier and Embraer aircraft and an authorized ATR repair center. Precision Electronics will enhance AMG's ability to provide total component repair solutions to regional aircraft operators around the world through expanded technical expertise, increased production resources and additional repair capabilities.

"Precision Electronics has a proven record of quality and reliability and is a well-known name among regional aircraft operators. Through this acquisition, AMG solidifies its investment in the fast growing regional aviation market by adding a range of capabilities and expertise that is complementary to the existing products offered by our regional aircraft repair center AMG Flite Components in Dallas," said Ben Quevedo, CEO of AMG.

Founded in 1988 and with a workforce of approximately 70 employees, Precision Electronics counts Atlantic Southeast Airlines, Comair, ExpressJet Airlines and Skywest Airlines among its principal customers. Precision Electronics is also an authorized Aviall repair facility and an authorized repair center for Goodrich De-Ice Systems.

"We look forward to offering our customers an even greater range of support through our partnership with AMG," said Hank Kuklinski, president of Precision Electronics. Precision Electronics current operations and market familiarity together with AMG's capabilities and resources will save costs and provide innovative repair solutions for all operators of regional aircraft.

AMG is a worldwide provider of repair, overhaul, distribution, and manufacturing support services for the aviation industry.
